We aim for credit card purchases to be shipped within 1 business day of an approved order. You can check the details and status of your order at any time by logging into your account. We will send you a status email confirming tracking and shipping information as soon as your order is shipped.

If you're shipping your order to the US, the order will be shipped from Vancouver using Canada Post/USPS Expedited Parcel service. Please allow at least 5-9 business days for delivery to US addresses (some exceptions apply).

When you choose to ship to a US address we do not charge tax on your order. US recipients may or may not have to pay duty or customs fees (local taxes) when their package arrives. These fees depend solely on the destination country's customs policies.
